Personalized physical products

Personalized physical products cannot be returned solely for a change of mind. This does not remove mandatory rights when a product is defective or does not conform to the confirmed order.

What you see is what you get

We designed our customization tool so you know exactly what you'll receive. Before placing your order, you preview your star map in real time with all your settings (location, date, text, colors, style). The final product faithfully matches this preview. No surprises.

Digital products (downloads)

The selected-format PDF is available immediately after payment confirmation. Its customer-area availability is approved, but no fixed access duration, download count or blanket no-refund statement is made here. Contact support for access or technical defects; mandatory rights remain.

Defects and quality problems

If a product has a defect or quality problem, contact support. The issue will be reviewed before the appropriate correction or replacement is confirmed.

• Contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue.
• Include photos when possible so the issue can be verified.
• After verification, we will correct the issue or replace the product without an additional product charge when necessary.

Our quality commitment

The approved physical-product fact is the personalized poster format selected during ordering. Paper, ink, certification, framing, manufacturing country and inspection details are not claimed without current supplier evidence.
