No, there is no volume commitment. You start at the Starter tier and automatically move up based on your monthly usage.
How does billing work?
You are billed monthly via Stripe based on the number of unlocked designs. The unit price depends on your monthly volume (tiered pricing).
Can I resell at any price I want?
Absolutely. You set your own selling price. Your margin is the difference between your selling price and the reseller price.
Are the star maps really accurate?
Yes, we use the HYG catalog (8,921 visible stars) and a validated astronomical algorithm. Each map faithfully represents the sky at the chosen date, time, and location.
How long does it take to get started?
Registration takes 2 minutes. We approve applications within 48h. Once activated, you can create and unlock designs immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, no commitment. You can deactivate your subscription at any time. Your current usage will be billed normally.
Can I use the designs for print on demand (Printful, Gelato)?
Yes, that is exactly our main use case. You receive a high-resolution PNG file that you send directly to your POD supplier. Compatible with Printful, Gelato, CaseApp, Gooten and all print-on-demand services.
Does it work with Etsy or Shopify?
Absolutely. Many of our resellers sell on Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Shopify or their own WooCommerce store. You create the design, unlock it in HD, and deliver it to your customer. The integration is manual but quick — count about 2 minutes per order.
What investment is required to get started?
Zero. The Libre plan is free, with no commitment. You only pay for the designs you sell (€6.50 per design on Libre, €3 on Pro). No inventory, no equipment, no software to buy. You can test with a single sale before committing.
What exactly is the business model for a reseller?
You sell personalized products (phone cases, mugs, posters, canvases...) on your store. When a customer orders, you create the star map design in our tool, unlock it in HD, then send it to your POD printer. Your margin = selling price - design cost - POD production cost. On the Pro plan, margins range from 47% (mugs) to 74% (canvases).
