Custom products — no returns or exchanges

Every OwnStarMap star map is a one-of-a-kind creation, made to order based on the location, date, and options you selected. Because each product is fully personalized, it cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted for our custom products.

What you see is what you get

We designed our customization tool so you know exactly what you'll receive. Before placing your order, you preview your star map in real time with all your settings (location, date, text, colors, style). The final product faithfully matches this preview. No surprises.

Digital products (downloads)

High-resolution digital files are available immediately after payment. Given their digital nature and instant access, no refunds are possible once the file has been downloaded.

Our delivery guarantee: free replacement

We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition. If your item was damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Here's how:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@ownstarmap.fr.
• Include one or more photos clearly showing the damage (packaging and product).
• We will ship a new copy within 48 hours at no additional cost.

Our quality commitment

We print on premium canvas with long-lasting pigment inks. Every order is carefully inspected and packed in reinforced packaging to ensure flawless delivery. If, despite our precautions, a manufacturing defect is found, contact us — we'll make it right.
