Personalized physical products

Personalized physical products cannot be returned solely for a change of mind. This does not remove mandatory rights when a product is defective or does not conform to the confirmed order.

What you see is what you get

We designed our customization tool so you know exactly what you'll receive. Before placing your order, you preview your star map in real time with all your settings (location, date, text, colors, style). The final product faithfully matches this preview. No surprises.

Digital products (downloads)

For digital content, loss of the right of withdrawal is relied on only when checkout records express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of that loss. Contact support for an access, technical or conformity defect: we will correct the file or restore access without removing mandatory rights.

Defects and quality problems

Report the issue with the order reference. The customer may normally choose repair or replacement, without charge and under the statutory conditions. A price reduction or refund is applied only where a case provided by law permits it.

• Contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue.
• Include photos when possible so the issue can be verified.
• After verification, we will correct the issue or replace the product without an additional product charge when necessary.

Our quality commitment

The approved physical-product facts are the personalized poster format or the phone-case model, color and options selected during ordering. Materials, paper, ink, certification, framing, manufacturing country and inspection details are not claimed without current supplier evidence.
